Church Administrator – Crossroads Church
Reports To: Lead Pastor
Hours: Part-time, 15 hours per week
Compensation: $19 per hour
About the Role:
Crossroads Church is seeking a part-time Church Administrator to support the ministry and operations of our church through effective administration, communications, and digital media management. This position combines organizational excellence with creative communication to ensure that the mission and ministries of Crossroads are carried out smoothly and clearly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all church communications: weekly email, bulletin, website, social media, and worship presentations.
• Oversee administrative operations: calendar management, Planning Center database, archive documents, and managing office systems.
• Provide support to the Lead Pastor, staff, and ministry leaders.
• Coordinate announcements, events, and congregational meetings.
• Maintain membership and records, handle mail and cards, and manage confidential data with discretion.
• Design digital and print materials for special events and seasonal ministries.
Qualifications:
• Strong administrative, organizational, and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Able to quickly learn digital tools
• Detail-oriented, creative, and able to meet recurring deadlines.
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
• Committed to the mission and values of Crossroads Church.
