The Rocky Mountain District will be holding a training event for developing a healthy leadership culture at Parkview Church in Rapid City. The focus of the Friday evening session is on areas of Elder ministry. The focus of the Saturday morning session will be on the five dysfunctions of a team. Elders are encouraged to attend both the Friday evening and Saturday morning session. Deacons and Ministry Leaders are encouraged to attend the Saturday morning session.
